Three Rivers Manufacturers’ Association Honors MKD for Industry Best Safety

MKD earns Meritorious Performance and Gold Awards for On-Site Job Safety for 2019

Elgin, IL– MKD Electric is proud to announce their recognition as Three Rivers Manufacturers’ Association Meritorious Performance for High-Risk Work and Gold Award winners for their outstanding on-site safety in 2019.

The Award for Meritorious Performance for High-Risk Work is designed to recognize partners working at TRMA facilities without an OSHA recordable injury in 2019. Only contractor companies performing work judged as high risk (fabrication, installation, construction, etc.) are eligible for this award. MKD was also presented with the Gold Award for decreasing our OSHA recordable incident rate by 25% compared to the previous three years.

Both awards speak to the diligence and dedication of MKD team members towards on-site job safety. Additionally, the award solidifies MKD’s long-standing track record of prioritizing safety across projects in the entire organization.
